Prosecutors have given the July 27 case files back to the police. Both the prosecutor and the police seem reluctant to deal with this `hot" case.

Deputy chief of criminal investigations at Indonesian Police Headquarters, Inspector General Dadang Garnida, has again failed to deliver on his promise of completing the case files over the July 27 incident.
