THE Central Jakarta District Court was given a facelift in the past week. A number of bricklayers were repairing and repainting partly cracked and dull walls. In some meeting rooms on the second and third floors, several people were installing air-conditioners. In other rooms, workers were fixing steel frames to hold cameras from ceilings.
