Police are investigating allegations that Tomy Winata committed perjury during his lawsuit against TEMPO. Experts say the primary case should be postponed until the matter has been cleared up.

LAST Wednesday, TEMPO journalists Bambang Harymurti, Teuku Iskandar Ali, Ahmad Taufik and Bernada Rurit visited National Police Headquarters in Jakarta to file a report that Tomy Winata gave false testimony in court.
