The Constitutional Court has rejected a request for a judicial review of the Law on Water Resources. Two out of nine judges gave a dissenting opinion.

TWO wide screens had been installed in the corner of the conference room for the Constitutional Courts hearing. The courtroom was packed with spectators as nine constitutional judges took turns reading the verdict. Sentence by sentence the verdict being read appeared on the screen through Infocus. The judges were reading the courts verdict on a judicial review of Law No. 7/2004 on Water Resources.
