LOCATED on the second floor of a shop house in the Ceger area of East Jakarta, the branch office of the Indonesian Global Management Institute (IMGI) is deserted, except for a few pieces of furniture, a computer monitor and a carton of printer ink. The 60-square-meter room is devoid of any activity since the place was raided by the police earlier this month. A tenant on the first floor told Tempo the police left taking away two men with them.
