LAST week, five speedboats and the Indonesian Navys KRI Panana departed from Tanjung Perak Port headed for the Croatian vessel MV Mirna Rijeka, anchored off the Surabaya coast. The convoy of boats was carrying a team of prosecutors, led by the head of the East Java High Prosecutors Office, M.S. Rahardjo.
