Judge Herman Allosintadi was in low spirits when Tempo visited him in his cell last week. The 51-year old judge was being visited by his wife, who had just arrived from Surabaya. I made a mistake. I forgot this was Jakarta, said the District Court Judge, who had been serving only eight months at the South Jakarta District Court before his arrest.
