The Judicial Commission is specially monitoring the South Jakarta District Court. There have been many complaints about the judges and the court clerks.

The anti-corruption team finally arrested Herman Allositandi, the chairman of the judges panel assigned to try the PT Jamsostek corruption case, on Monday, January 9. He and the court clerk, Andry Djimmy Lumanau allegedly attempted to extort Wolter Sigalingging, one of the witnesses in the Jamsostek case. Herman and Andry are respectively the judge and the court clerk assigned at the South Jakarta district court.
