THE Judicial Commission may be busy producing a regulation to replace the law by which senior judges are selected. However, Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan is taking it easy. This constitutional law expert is not convinced the regulation is ever going to come out. Bagir also refuted a report that a number of senior judges were currently organizing an opposition movement by threatening to quit if the selection of senior judges takes place
