Judge Andi Samsan Nganro is now leading the South Jakarta District Court, a court that is dubbed, among others, a graveyard for corruption eradication.

DOZENS of men swarmed around the gate of the South Jakarta District Court. Specifically, they were crowding Jalan Ampera Raya, a busy road in the Cilandak area. Whenever a vehicle moved slowly past, the men waved their hands, shouting: Court, court, ticket, ticket! This call was in fact offering their services to help arrange things for those involved in traffic violations, commonly known as being ticketed.
