A LETTER from Mohamad Rum Nessa, the Secretary of the Supreme Court, was sent to Muzayyin Mahbub, the Secretary-General of the Judicial Commission. The letter, dated March 20, 2006 was received the next day via courier, and Muzayyin immediately gave it to Busyro Muqqodas, Chairman of the Judicial Commission, the body which has the task of selecting Supreme Court justice candidates
