Although East Timor is no longer an Indonesian province, it remains problematic for Indonesia. To add to those problems, the trial of the case concerning the attack on the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Atambua, East Nusatenggara, has recently been transferred to Jakarta.
