THE 11-page document is entitled Details of Expenditures for Police Headquarters. The list allegedly prepared by the BNI embezzlers has been circulating among the judges in Jakarta. Tempo received it last week. It states details on money issued from October 6, 2003 to May 4, 2004, totaling Rp23 billion.

Here are the details: given to the Police Headquarters Rp16.2 billion; Attorney Generals Office and lawyers, Rp5.5 billion; prison Rp264 million.
