ON Tuesday two weeks ago at about 10pm, Budi Harjono received a phone call at his home in Pondok Gede, Bekasi. Harjono was not expecting this call. Get down to Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Marsin has been arrested, said the caller, telling Harjono who to speak to at the police headquarters.
