The Supreme Audit Agency is calling for an inspection of court case fees. The Supreme Court chooses to have public auditors do it.

THE three copies of the regulation on court fees in the Supreme Court (MA) seem clear. However for Anwar Nasution, Chairman of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the decree authorized by Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan is unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is the highest judicial body in Indonesia, but they dont seem to understand the 1945 Constitution, he said, speaking to Tempo last Friday.
