A district court has the authority to determine the fees for civil suits. However, people may have to pay up to five times the official prices.

FILING a civil suit can cost a fortune. People are obliged to pay illegal charges starting from the district court level all the way up to the Supreme Court. The illegal levies are much higher than the official prices and sometimes no receipt is given.
