HUNDREDS of tanker trucks transporting crude palm oil (CPO) fill the roads near Datuk Laksamana Port in the Buluh Kasap area of Dumai, Riau. Around 20 kilometers from the port to the left-hand side, the trucks stop on a 2-hectare field at the end of the road.
