THE Supreme Court’s verdict is only 23 pages thick. But what it contains will result in thousands of people who occupy some 44 hectares of land in South Meruya losing their homes. A school, a hospital, a soccer field and a 1.2-hectare park will also be lost. The Supreme Court has designated PT Portanigra as the owner of the land.
