TWICE now the Attorney General has been left “floundering” in the courts in its attempts to prosecute the Hilton case. Although the outcome is not final, on Tuesday last week the Central Jakarta District Court released Pontjo Sutowo and Ali Mazi on corruption charges. There is no doubt that the judge’s verdict left the prosecution in a state of shock.
