Prepaid cellular phone operator Pro-XL is being brought to court. At the same time as PT Excelcomindo, the company which operates Pro-XL, is touting improvements in its services to customers, it is facing a class action lawsuit in the South Jakarta District Court filed by some of its unhappy customers.
