Gradual Steps to the AGO

The handling of the Asian Agri tax fraud case enters a new phase. In the past two weeks, the Tax Directorate General has been handing over dossiers of its investigation to the AGO. From here, the case will progress to prosecution. Twelve people are now suspects, four of whom are believed to be the “brains” behind the tax fraud.
