THE building no longer looks like an office. The headquarters of PT Sumacom Matra, Pertamina’s partner in gas stove production, is located on Jalan West Cideng 39, Central Jakarta. There is not a single person there. “They moved out five months ago,” says Lodi, who seven years ago opened a cafe near the office. The front of the building is now closed-up and grey.
