Guernsey’s appellate court ruled in favor of Tommy Suharto’s suit against the Indonesian government. The judge ordered the immediate end of the freezing of Rp540 billion belonging to the “Prince of Cendana.” The Indonesian government is preparing to restart the battle with Tommy.
