THE prosecutor’s office is preparing a number of “weapons” to “fight” Tommy Suharto in the Guernsey court. It turns out that the weapons in the form of cases involving Suharto and Tommy were ineffective. Some were lost in court, others lack enough evidence to turn the cases over to the court.
