Entrepreneur Hontjo Kurniawan, a veteran player of projects in the Directorate General of Sea Transport, was eyeing infrastructure projects funded with a stimulus budget. National Mandate Party politician Abdul Hadi Djamal was caught receiving a bribe from Hontjo. Both have been held. But Democrat Party member Jhonny Allen Marbun denies receiving any share of the money from Abdul.
