THE presentation of the case ended by dusk. For three hours, on Friday last week, the teams from the Department of Finance and the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) met in the AGO building. They discussed the “legal position” of 10 suspects in the case of tax manipulation of PT Asian Agri allegedly inflicting Rp1.4 trillion state losses.
