A court rejects Munarman’s lawsuit against Koran Tempo daily. For the first time in a civil case trial, the Press Council was called to testify.

A LETTER from the South Jakarta District Court was delivered to the Press Council’s office in early June. The court summoned one of the Press Council members to testify in a trial. The request was based on the Supreme Court’s Circular No. 13/2008 on the testimony of Press Council expert witnesses in a press case prosecution.
