The Corruption Eradication Commission can no longer wiretap in investigating corruption cases. The commission’s authority to file lawsuits was also revoked. The corruption eradication movement is in danger.

GONE is the power of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in handling corruption cases. On Monday the lobbying forum of the Working Committee on the Corruption Court Bill with the government, represented by the Minister of Justice & Human Rights and the Attorney General, agreed to revoke the KPK’s authority to file a lawsuit.
