GONE is the power of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in handling corruption cases. On Monday the lobbying forum of the Working Committee on the Corruption Court Bill with the government, represented by the Minister of Justice & Human Rights and the Attorney General, agreed to revoke the KPK’s authority to file a lawsuit.
