A number of bills passed by the DPR at the end of their term are viewed as problematic:
- EDUCATION LAW
Many protest the Education Law, specifically Article 41, sections 5, 7 and 9, Article 46 section 1, and Article 57 points b and c. They are considered to be contrary to the 1945 Constitution’s Article 31, sections 1, 2 and 3 in relation to the cost of education which is viewed as the government’s responsibility.
