Mounting PLN Debt

On January 31, 2001, the Supreme Court, in a landmark decision, ordered state electricity firm PLN to pay Rp46.6 billion in damages for an unpaid debt to PT Enico National Development. Unfortunately for PLN, that debt is only one of many that are outstanding.
