East Kutai’s regent takes the Supreme Audit Agency to court for a report on irregularities in aid money disbursement. It is the first case in history.

THE trial did not last more than one hour. Held in Hall D on the ground floor of the Samarinda District Court, Monday two weeks ago, the trial did not attract much attention although it was considered an important trial: a lawsuit against the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) over its findings.
