BEING detained in prison has made it impossible for Alterina Hofan, 32, to take good care of his appearance. Last week when Tempo visited him at the Pondok Bambu Prison in East Jakarta, his moustache and beard were growing unkempt. “Usually I would shave my moustache every day but now I can’t,” he said.
