WHICH people do the present members of the House of Representatives (DPR) represent? That question was aired by President Abdurrahman Wahid's supporters when the president was given a memorandum of censure by the House. They reasoned that the decision to hand down the memorandum didn't reflect the aspirations of those who had elected the legislators.
