The police have come clean and admitted that they do not have tapes of alleged conversations between Ade Rahardja and Ary Muladi. However, they insist they have call-data records linking the pair.

THE two folio-size printouts contained nothing more than line after line of figures. On the left of each printout were listed incoming and outgoing calls, while on the right were the durations of each call. And up at the top was the name of the number’s owner.
