THE expression on Yusril Ihza Mahendra’s face was one of joy. On Wednesday last week, the Constitutional Court found in favor of his appeal. The court declared that Hendarman Supandji is no longer legitimate as the Attorney General because his term in office, as stipulated under the Law on the Attorney General, had already ended.
