Police are unable to uncover the main bribers of Gayus Halomoan Tambunan. The police have not touched the three Bakrie Group companies mentioned by Gayus.

Albertina Ho, chief of the South Jakarta District Court panel of judges repeatedly questioned Gayus Halomoan Tambunan. Seated in the defendant’s seat, he did not in the least appear flustered. A former employee of the Tax Directorate General calmly answered the questions around the origin of the Rp28 billion which was once kept in his bank accounts.
