THE 579-page document was received by the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) a week after the dossiers of Yusril Ihza Mahendra and Hartono Tanoesoedibjo were declared complete late in January 2011. That is the copy of the appellate ruling for former Director-General of Legal Administration Romli Atmasasmita. The three were all incriminated in the Sisminbakum case. The difference is that Romli was the first to be prosecuted, until he was acquitted
