Revision of the Ambiguous Article

THE draft revision of the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law is ready in the Ministry of Communication and Information. For a year, a team under Director-General of Informatics Application Ashwin Sasongko processed the weaknesses of the law passed on April 21, 2008.

At least seven articles were ‘reassembled’ by Ashwin’s team, including their penalties. Soon the draft will be harmonized with the Ministry of Justice and Human
