AFTER presiding over the court hearing of the witnesses in a corruption case, Azharyadi hastened to the court secretariat's office. There the Bandung Corruption Court judge was neither checking the case nor looking through the next court hearing schedules. That Thursday afternoon last week, he simply wanted to take a short break. Resting in a chair, the 47-year-old man smoked his favorite cigarette.
