CHANDRA M. Hamzah could not sit calmly. He pulled off the cufflinks from the blue long-sleeved shirt he was wearing. He rolled up the sleeves which started out neatly covering his arms to above his elbowseven though, the air-conditioning in the room of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Kuningan, South Jakarta, was not broken.
