THE 60-year-old man was striding across the yard of the Bandung District Court on Thursday last week. In his dark-blue short-sleeved jacket, he was in a hurry. He was entering his room in a western corner of the court office complex. He was a bit surprised Tempo greeted him that morning, but the ad-hoc judge calmly responded.
