Questioning Supreme Court Rulings

The legislature is set to establish a working committee to scrutinize Supreme Court rulings. Many are concerned this is the move of dpr members involved in legal disputes, looking to intervene.

Like a lightening out of the blue, the suggestion at the end of 2011, came as a shock to some of participants at the House of Representatives (DPR) Law Commission meeting.
