Graft suspect Labora Sitorus reported some of his supervisors to whom he made illicit payments to the anti-graft agency. Investigators followed up immediately.

In a 12-minute recording, graft suspect Labora Sitorus revealed details of the case implicating him. The 53-year-old claimed that all of his business activities were legal because they had seals of approval from his superiors at the police. But those approvals certainly did not come for free. "Anything the bosses asked, I complied, including paying for their entertainment," Tempo heard Labora confess on tape.
