Neither Justice and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly nor members of the House of Representatives's (DPR) Legislation Board wanted to assume responsibility for instigating discussions last Tuesday on a plan to revise the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Law. It seemed neither side wanted to be remembered for jumpstarting talks that could de-fang Indonesia's premier corruption-fighting body.
