Justice seems to be on the side of Nuraeni, a graduate student at Hasanuddin University in Makassar. On Saturday two weeks ago, the State Administrative Court in the South Sulawesi provincial capital ruled that the university's decision to annul Nuraeni's status of student of its graduate program was unlawful. Presided over by judge Imam Parwoko Samuel, the court considered the decision arbitrary and ordered its execution deferred.
