AFTER being requested to be the expert witness for Setya Novanto’s second pre-trial, Romli Atmasasmita stood firm in his decision. The law professor from Padjadjaran University has declined to be Setya’s expert witness, despite lawyer Fredrich Yunadi’s repeated efforts to coax him for the past two weeks. "An expert is not the same as an attorney, so we do not need to keep on being at his side," Romli said on Thursday last week.
