Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) prosecutors have demanded a 16-year prison sentence for Setya Novanto and have rejected his justice collaborator request. Setya seems to be trying hard to avoid a heavy sentence.

SETYA Novanto, sitting in the defendant's seat, listened to the indictment read by a Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) prosecutor last Thursday. Two hours later, the prosecutor read the decision on Setya's request to become a justice collaborator. The electronic ID card (e-KTP) corruption defendant sank further into his seat.
After filing the request to the KPK five times since January, Setya was finally given an answer during the indictment
