The Sixth Pre-trial

SOLE pre-trial judge Effendi Mukhtar has granted some of the Indonesian Anti Corruption Community's (MAKI) pre-trial motions. MAKI, represented by Boyamin Saiman, filed its sixth pre-trial challenge against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) having to do with Bank Century's bailout and Short-Term Funding Facility (FPJP).
