Criminal Code’s Corruption Clauses

The KPK and anti-corruption activists have expressed strong rejections against some corruption clauses in the Criminal Code’s draft revision. Both groups have made petitions and appealed to the President. Many clauses in the draft revision are seen as in favor of the corrupt.
