The sale of Hartono Karjadi’s 20 shares in Geria Wijaya Prestige, the company managing Kuta Paradiso Hotel, to his brother, Sri Karjadi, has resulted in a criminal lawsuit by businessman Tomy Winata. There is accusation that the share transfer occurred without the knowledge of China Construction Bank Indonesia as the creditor whose debt account was later assigned to Tomy.
